ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Our Sky is Falling and PaperScissor are two local bands from Oklahoma that decided to come together to create a split EP called "An Intersection." These two bands are in completely different genres (OSIF is indie/hardcore and SZR is psychedelic indie pop.) They came to me with the idea to create an album design that represents these two genres coming together together to create something different and even more interesting. My idea was to design three different album covers: one for the whole split album and then one for each band. The theory behind this was to visually represent each band standing separately but when they came together they created an completely different identity.
